To reserve the pavilion:

• • Log into your account
  • Go to the Member Dashboard
  • Go to Quick Links
  • Click Reserve the Facility
  • Click the date you’d like to rent the facility
  • Select the time, length and type
  • Click Make Reservation
  • Select the amount of guests and click add to cart
  • Click Go To Checkout
  • Fill out the form
  • Review the terms of the agreement
  • Proceed to payment

Pavilion Reservation Guidelines

• For parties of 11 or more guests, a Pavilion Reservation is required to ensure proper lifeguard staffing. Please contact the VP of Social before purchasing a reservation.
• Before your reservation date you will need to complete a contract and pay for your reservation.
• Each reservation is for 4 hours.

Table Reservations:

• We will reserve 2 tables for every 10 guests in your party.

What to Bring:

• Please bring your own paper products, utensils, tablecloths, and decorations.

Amenities:

• Grills and lounge chairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Swimming Requirements:

• All swimmers must pass a deep-end test to swim beyond the shallow-end buoy.
• The deep-end test includes a 50-yard swim without stopping and one minute of treading water.

Event Duration:

• Events in the Pavilion cannot exceed 4 hours and must end by 8:00 pm.

Rental Specifics:

• Individual rentals are space/table specific unless otherwise arranged and approved based on the number of expected guests.

Rental Fees:

• Parties of 11-25 guests: $50
• Parties of 26-40 guests: $75
• Parties of 41-50 guests: $100
