Welcome to Hickory Hill!

We are a seasonal, member-only club with a casual, family oriented atmosphere.  Membership includes swim and tennis privileges as well as social events.  Swim and tennis lessons, competitive swim and tennis teams, and other activities are available throughout the summer. Membership is limited to 200 families in order to allow our members to enjoy our facilities without over-crowding.  Our club operates from spring through fall.  The pool is open from Memorial Day until Labor Day.  The tennis courts are typically open from mid-April through mid-October, weather permitting.  

Types of Membership

All membership dues are billed annually and subject to NY state sales tax and fees.  2024 membership dues are listed:

• Family Year 1 Trial– $1,500 for families with children in the household.  Additional fees apply for lessons and teams.
• Associate Year 1 Trial– $750 for singles or couples without any children.  Work hours not required, but we welcome the help!

Hickory Hill offers a Trial Membership program to all new applicants.  Pay only membership dues in your first year and enjoy all that the club has to offer from May through October. Trial Members receive half-price Swim and Tennis Lessons. There is no obligation to join the following year.  If you decide to continue your membership the following year, joining fees will apply. 

Work Hours

As a member-managed club, we appreciate the hard work and dedication from everyone. Each Family is obligated to perform 4 work hours per season. If not completed by the end of the season, a charge of $250 will be assessed to your account. Trial, Associate and Legacy members are exempt from the Work Hours obligation. Work Hours are performed in the spring, throughout the season and during fall clean-up.  There are many opportunities including planting flowers, spreading mulch, cleaning, small handyman projects as well as organizing social events. 

Schedule of fees for Membership 

1^st Year (Trial) : Pay Membership Dues $1,500 in 2024

2^nd Year:  Membership Dues + Initiation Fee of $915* (Family) or $507* (Associate) in 2025

3^rd Year:  Membership Dues + Member Bond of $800* in 2026

4^th Year and beyond: Membership Dues

Dues must be paid in full in order to use the club and register for swim and tennis lessons and teams.

All fees are subject to change.

*Initiation Fee is a one-time taxable charge and is non-refundable. Bond is a one-time purchase, is non-taxable and is refundable upon resignation. These fees are reviewed each year.
