He has been coaching tennis for 7 years. His coaching experiences include summer camps, country clubs, and public school varsity teams, with the most recent position being the Varsity Men Tennis Head Coach at Cheektowaga Central School District.
Coach Chase began playing tennis 12 years ago. He started his career at Fillmore High School, where he made the varsity team as a freshman and represented them in the County, Section, and State Qualifier Tournaments. He then played 3 years of collegiate tennis representing Houghton College in the Empire 8 Conference.
Chase is currently a PE teacher for the City of Buffalo School District and is the Junior Varsity Coach for Boys Soccer and Basketball at West Seneca West High School. At school, Chase is a member of the Character Counts initiative as well as a mentor in the school wide mentoring program. In addition, Chase is an active member at his local church in Elma. Chase is certified in Coaching, CPR/First Aid, and Concussion Protocol.
